APA Group Limited (ASX: APA)Β 

APA Group Limited is one of Australia’s largest energy infrastructure owners and currently trading at $9.325 per share while market capitalisation is $12.26 billion.

The board has announced an unfranked dividend of 27.5 cents per security with an ex-dividend date of 30 December 2025 and payment scheduled for 18 March 2026 which represents a dividend yield of 2.94% at the current share price.

In FY25, APA delivered underlying EBITDA of $2.015 billion helped by disciplined cost control across the portfolio.
APA has guided to FY26 distribution growth to 58 cents per security.

Abacus Storage King (ASX: ASK)Β 

Abacus Storage King has emerged as an attractive dividend stock supported by strong operating performance in the self-storage sector.
Abacus Storage King is currently trading at $1.54 and market capitalisation is $2.02 billion.

The board has declared a 25% franked dividend of 3.1 cents per security with an ex-dividend date of 30 December 2025 and a payment date of 27 February 2026 which equates to a dividend yield of around 2% at the current share price.

FY25 was a solid operational year as funds from operations increased by 4.7% year-on-year to $85 million.

DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX: DGT)Β 

DigiCo Infrastructure REIT is doing well with the support of strong demand for data centre infrastructure across its Australian and US portfolio.
DigiCo is currently trading at $2.78 with a market capitalisation of $1.54 billion.

A key highlight from FY25 was the delivery of annualised underlying EBITDA of $99 million which exceeded prospectus guidance.

Region Group (ASX: RGN)Β 

Region Group is a good emerging dividend opportunity as the company returned to earnings growth in FY25.
The stock is currently trading at $2.46 per security with a market capitalisation of $2.86 billion.

The board has declared an unfranked dividend of 6.9 cents per security with an ex-dividend date of 30 December 2025 and payment is scheduled for 30 January 2026 while dividend yield is around 2.8% at the current share price.
FY25 marked a clear turnaround year as funds from operations increased to 15.5 cents per security.
