These ASX-listed companies have upcoming dividends and their current stock prices make their yields look very appealing which gives investors an opportunity to earn steady passive income.

Future Generation Global Limited (ASX: FGG)

keeps making a name for itself as one of the few Australian investment companies that gives investors a chance to be part of a broad global equity portfolio while also giving away 1% of its assets every year to youth mental health charities.

The company declared a fully franked interim dividend of $0.04 per share, equal to a dividend yield of 2.45% and the ex-dividend date is 18 November 2025 while payment is on 28 November 2025.

Its investment portfolio went up 1.6% in September and climbed 21.6% over the past year, beating many other global equity funds.Β 

The net tangible assets per share before tax stood at $1.60 while total assets were $721 million by September end.Β 

Desane Group Holdings Limited (ASX: DGH)

had another good year in FY2025, supported by higher asset values, steady rental income and control over its property portfolio.

The company posted total revenue of $8.78 million compared to $6.19 million last year and net profit after tax went up to $3.3 million from $1.6 million in FY2024.Β 

It also declared an 82% franked interim dividend of $0.02 per giving a dividend yield of around 2.14% and the ex-dividend date is 2 December 2025 while payment is on 16 December 2025.

With its focus on industrial and commercial property projects, regular lease income and valuable land holdings, the company looks in a strong position for more growth and stable dividend returns in coming years.

Premier Investments Limited (ASX: PMV)

had a pretty solid year in FY2025 as it restructured few parts of its business and kept rewarding shareholders with steady dividends.

The company posted a net profit after tax of around $338.2 million which is 31.1% higher than last year and its underlying EBIT from continuing operations came at $195.4 million.Β 

The company announced a fully franked final dividend of $0.50 per share which gives a dividend yield near 2.79% and the ex-dividend date is 11 December 2025 while payment will be made on 23 January 2026.

Premier’s financial position also looks strong with about $333.3 million in cash and it still holds 25.4% stake in Breville Group worth close to $1.17 billion.
