TRGP is engaged in the business of: gathering, compressing, processing, treating, transporting, and purchasing and selling natural gas; transporting, fractionating, storing, treating, and purchasing and selling NGLs (natural gas liquids) and NGL products, including services to LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) exporters; and storing, gathering, and purchasing and selling crude oil. Its segments include Gathering and Processing, and Logistics and Transportation. Gathering and processing segment includes mainly assets used in the gathering or/and sale and purchase of natural gas produced from wells of oil and gas. Logistics and Transportation segment mainly includes the activities and assets necessary to convert mixed NGLs into NGL products.
